Minimum Order
      Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per design; which may include up to 4 different stones. About ring will be order minimum 3 size per item. Sample order are selling in retail price except total amout exclude VAT over $500 could to selling in wholesale price.

Time of Delivery
      Production time needed to fully complete your order based on its composition and size.Generally orders take between 4-6 weeks from receipt of order confirmation and 50% deposit

Payment Terms  
      Your order will be place into production immediately upon received your 50% deposit or total payment of the order value. The remaining part of the order value is to be paid before shipping.

Shipping
       All shipments will be made through UPS, FEDEX, TNT or by your request. The shipping cost will be charge in the second T/T in case 50% deposit or paid total amount plus shipping cost in once time. Our customers will be expected to take responsibility for all import duties assessed against their goods in the destination country.

Cancellation
       In case of order cancellations, deposits are not refundable.

Returns Policy
       All returns must have a Mixing Me Co.,Ltd authorization. Only merchandise with initial defect will be accepted for replacement. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt the merchandise.
